driver’s license (we are located in Perth so we need this for security) and a
postal address for your confirmation letter and receipt to be posted' ALL
MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY PEAK
TIME (School holidays and Long weekends) $155.00
(au) per night for 4 persons, $15.00 per person per night for extra guests. $250.00 (AU) deposit required per week booked remainder to be paid
30 days prior to holiday OFF
PEAK $125.00 (au) per night for 4 persons, $15.00 per person per night for extra guests. $200.00 (AU) deposit required per week
booked remainder to be paid 14 days prior to holiday REFUND
POLICY All cancellations incur a $50.00 (au) cancellation fee. The
balance will be refunded provided
the accommodation is re-let. If the property is not re-let, no refund is
applicable and all moneys paid will be forfeited. |
